We are our environment

Our business park, which is located a few minutes from Junction 27 of the M5, started life as a family dairy farm. Located between the villages of Uffculme and Willand, we are lucky to be surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet very well connected by road, rail and air.

We work closely with our tenants to create the type of modern, functional units they need for their businesses; units that can grow and develop with them as their businesses change and progress.

Our local environment is something that is very important to us. Which is why we are always looking for new ways to improve our park; whether that is through planting foliage and building bug hotels, installation of charging points, the use of solar panels or even our energy-efficient tuk-tuk!

We are our past

Hitchcocks Business Park began life as a family farm. Over the years we have carefully expanded our park across the 90-acre site to meet the needs of businesses and have developed a thriving commercial community in our area.

Our family live nearby and are hands on with the day-to-day running of the park – it is not owned by a faceless investment company – you’ll always find one of us in the park HQ, or out and about with our tenants. We’re proud of what we have achieved at Hitchcocks and equally proud to have played a part in the success of our tenants.

At Hitchcocks Business Park we pride ourselves on developing a unique community which meets the developing needs of our tenants. We want to offer even more to small local businesses, providing units for start-ups and small to medium enterprises, as well as huge multi-nationals.

Wide open avenues and spacious walkways lined with trees and planting have contributed to the feeling of space and the creation of an appropriate and sympathetic development in the mid Devon countryside. We care about our local communities and always help where we can, whether that is supporting the local football club, or the provision of Christmas trees for the village.
